Corinne Mui is the Founder and Chief Educator of Corvino Wine School. She holds a WSET Level 4 Diploma and has over 20 years of experience in specialist wine teaching for luxury hotels, casinos, airlines and wine traders in Asia.

Corinne was raised in Australia and lived here for more than 10 years. Now based in Hong Kong, she has been the appointed speaker for Wine Australia masterclasses in Hong Kong, mainland China and other key Asian markets for over 15 years.

Most importantly, she has been delivering Barossa Wine School courses in Hong Kong and China since its inception in 2013.

She is an active experienced wine judge at many international wine competitions in Europe, Australia, China and Hong Kong. These include the 2016, 2017 & 2018 Barossa Wine Show and Decanter World Wine Awards.

Corinne has appeared as guest wine expert on television and radio programmes in Hong Kong and China. Her expertise in wine has also been sought for a popular Hong Kong television drama. She is a regular writer for publications across Asia and a judge for Tatler Dining Awards.
