Jennie Mack is a force behind the Asia Wine Service & Education Center (AWSEC), based in Hong Kong. She has been running Barossa Wine School courses across Asia since 2013. With 3 levels of certification, these courses have created hundreds of Barossa Enthusiasts, Barossa Specialists and Barossa Masters.
