Conditions related specifically to alcoholic beverages

You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from The Barossa Cellar. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from The Barossa Cellar are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot dry summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. The Barossa Cellar will not ship wine in extreme heat, we will endeavour to notify you if any delays will be incurred due to this policy.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Under the Liquor Licencing Act, The Barossa Cellar will adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and our staff are entitled to refuse service of alcohol.
